Catastrophic Engine Failure Subaru knows about serious oil consumption issues and they continue to hide it. This dealership blamed me when my engine seized at 42,000 miles. I had to replace that car as it was so badly damaged from the engine failure. Unfortuantely I purchased a second Subaru and the same thing happened. What a coincidence! The dealership and Subaru of America continue to lie about the issue. Now there are two class action suits against Subaru of America for this situation. Do they believe me now??? Stephan who was the service manager at the time of the first engine failure is such a liar. He could care less about the families who drive the cars he services. Do you know the commercial they lived that Subaru touts all of the time??? They are such hypocrites!!! I am lucky to be alive because I drive a Subaru. After this second incident and the lies, Subaru has lost me as a loyal customer FOREVER!!! More

Scheduled Service Even going in for scheduled service is a pleasant experience. Staff is not rushing you at the counter when you first come in. Service staff is always professional and courteous I scheduled an appointment online to have a recall fixed, oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting for the car. They told me that it would be about 1 1/2 hours and that's exactly how long it took. An added bonus is the car wash. The staff is always pleasant and keeps you up to date as you wait. I don't mind waiting for the car because the new facility is so nice. I can get my work done there while I wait. More

Lots of work Had to do a lot of work: power steering, clutch, water pump, serpentine, brakes, AC, etc. Was able to schedule right away. Got a loaner - nice car. Was kept updated on progress and educated on any additional items. I was never forced to do anything or made to feel like I was uneducated. For example, the techs understood that I knew about the car and how to do work on it, so instead of replacing the shifter for a linkage vibration they suggested it would be cheaper for me to just replace it with an aftermarket short shifter. I am both capable and appreciative as they understood I paid to have a lot of work done that was required and above my mechanical skills. They upsold what was required to make my car run for a few years to come but didn't try to sell me things just to up the price. The Service Adviser was very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't typically get work done at the dealership as I will do it myself of bring it to my local mechanic. I have to say I was impressed at the effort and quality of work and would return to the dealership. They even gave me a free full detail and I have never seen my car this clean inside and out. More
