He introduced me to Michael Pandolfelli, and we scheduled an appointment for Friday to test drive a Legacy. Michael was extremely professional and made the experience pain-free, no pressure. He was very proficient regarding the car features, safety aspects and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with my experience and truly appreciated Michael's technique and expertise. Be careful of internet confirmation I contacted the dealer regarding a new car in stock and made an offer specifically stating the price was everything included. The price I quoted was very aggressive so I didn't expect such a quick response of Yes so when the dealership called for a down payment, I specifically asked the salesperson that the price included everything including the financing and she said yes and I gave her my credit card. I went to go pick up my car to finalize the deal which the dealership is an hour away and before we started I asked again that the price included everything and they showed me the sales slip of the price so we filled out all the paperwork. Finally when going through the signature part then the finance person was going through the numbers and was not right and he read the e-mail and I pointed out that it stated everything, he said that they don't do things that way. I said I was very specific with my offer and it was all in writing but instead of apologizing for any inconvenience or misunderstanding, he said they cannot honor it and wished us a good night. I complained a little more and all he said the manager could do was $200 so I left. There was no effort to try to sell the car but almost pushed us out the door. As a business dealing with selling cars, I did not see any effort in trying to sell one. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I corresponded with Alex Petrushin via email and received a quick timely response. Was quoted the best price for exactly what I wanted: the Legacy. My previous car buying experience was through private sale of a second hand, so new car buying experience was a first. I was expecting a lengthy visit as you'd normally see at other dealerships, but not with Mr. Petrushin. Alex made me feel comfortable and he went straight to the point, no non-sense business. Picked up my new Suby a few days later. As I waited for the paperwork to be finalized, I received orientation on the car. It was the smoothest car buying transaction.
