Didn't catch the problem at first I brought my car in after a warning light went on and took a half day off of work while I waited for the car to be checked out. I was told my tires ju I brought my car in after a warning light went on and took a half day off of work while I waited for the car to be checked out. I was told my tires just needed air, they were filled up and the car was washed. I was happy to hear there was no other problem. I found customer service to be polite and the waiting room to be spotless and full of nice amenities. I felt very happy with my choice to lease a Subaru. So imagine my surprise when two days later the same warning light comes back on. Another half day taken off work for me to bring the car BACK IN to I guess, actually get looked at? The problem was identified and fixed and two other "new" problems were discovered as well. Felt like I was being taken for a ride, and not a pleasant one. Everyone was still polite, and the amenities were great, but I'd prefer rude staff and a run down waiting room but with a more accurate, thorough and consistent car service. My time is very valuable and I don't like it to be wasted. More

Everyone smiled and made me feel welcome. At checkout, the service person recommended any additional services that my car needs, but didn't try to push for the services. I politely declined since I didn't have the time to do it, but plan on making an appointment in the near future. More
