2013 Subaru Forester lease surrender/obtained new lease Came in to ask questions about the process for surrendering our existing lease and walked out with a new deal on a 2016 Subaru Forester. Our sales consultant, Joseph Farsetta, we felt, was genuine, courteous, well informed and treated us with the utmost respect. Joe went out of his way to meet our needs and answered all our questions. After arriving at an amicable monthly payment from Joe, we felt we were treated very fairly and agreed to the new lease. Also in the process we met Alex Petrushin who was instrumental in finalizing our deal, Ryan, our Delivery Coordinator who patiently explained all the electronic features on our new lease, and finally we closed the deal with Cory Fetkowitz. We left feeling treated like a Subaru family member. We would emphatically recommend Subaru of Ramsey to all our friends and family. More
