Don't waste your time shopping around, just go see Alex. After contacting nine (9) dealers in NY, NJ, PA and CT to find the best deal I could on leasing a 2016 Forester XT, I received a call from Alex at Ram After contacting nine (9) dealers in NY, NJ, PA and CT to find the best deal I could on leasing a 2016 Forester XT, I received a call from Alex at Ramsey. He understood that my time was very important and that I didn't have much to spare. He asked that I give him 45 minutes, in person, and said that my search would end with him. I thought it was a pretty gutsy thing to say and I admired it (I'm in sales, too) so I scheduled a meeting. Sure enough, 40 minutes after we met Alex, my wife and I were signing papers. He didn't ask what any other dealers' numbers were, just what we could put down and a few other pertinent questions. His offer was $20 less per month than every other dealers "best offer." He didn't waste our time, he was direct, no nonsense, yet had us laughing the entire time. I recommend him and Subaru Ramsey as a whole. Everyone there was friendly, courteous and professional. From Steve R., another salesman, to Ryan the guy who showed my wife how to use the touch screen set up, to Shane, the money man, everyone was great. This is how a dealership should be run.
