Worst experience ever. Dealership refused to let us test drive a WRX and offered no alternatives. Many things would have sufficed like: Let's make an appointment to come ba Dealership refused to let us test drive a WRX and offered no alternatives. Many things would have sufficed like: Let's make an appointment to come back when it's nicer out, just drive it on the lot, let me take you to a bigger parking lot for you to drive it, let me get all seasons put on the used one for you to drive or even at the very least let me have my manager come over and see what he can work out with you. They will lie when they respond to this post and say "I demanded to drive it unsafe conditions" but that is not true. I am 51 years old and went in on a Friday with my wife. Yes it snowed the day before but roads were 100% clear. I will not buy a car without test driving (do you blame me?) They offered no alternatives and less than 1 hour later I bought an Audi A3 so clearly I can afford the car. Avoid this dealer like the plague! More

We went in knowing what we wanted and there was never an attempt to talk us into anything else. All employees were professional and efficient. It began with Karen at the front desk. She was friendly and accommodating. Then we took a test drive all over Ramsey with Christopher Fuchs. It wasn't just a quick drive. Chris answered all technical questions about the vehicle. We got a real feel for the vehicle. Then we worked with Alex Petrushin for the trade-in and the purchase. Alex was fair with us and efficiently completed the required paperwork to get the deal moving. He was knowledgeable and friendly and top notch. Then we sat down with Michael Pandolfelli for the financing end of things and Michael was also efficient and friendly. There was one last gentlemen that we dealt with and not sure of his name who assisted with the app along with Chris. Another pleasant and helpful person. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This is our first Subaru and it will not be our last because of the great experience at Ramsey Subaru! Well done Gentlemen! More
