Excellent service but a few coordination details flopped Since I work locally, I called to schedule my service appointment to ensure I was going to be scheduled only when there was a shuttle available to get Since I work locally, I called to schedule my service appointment to ensure I was going to be scheduled only when there was a shuttle available to get me to work and later to bring me back to pick up my car. Once I arrived and met with the service rep, I was very politely advised that they could shuttle me to work, but no drivers were scheduled for later in the day so there was no chance one would be available to bring me back later to pick up my repaired car. It wasn't a matter that someone had called in sick or had an emergency - I was advised no shuttle driver had been SCHEDULED to work that afternoon. I went ahead with the service, even though I knew I was probably either paying Uber or a taxi to get me back when the car was ready. Really not a great way to start a day. Very early in the afternoon I received a call that my car was ready and if I was available within the next 10-15 minutes, they could pick me up as their last run. I was at a business luncheon far out of the area (traveling as a passenger in someone else's car, obviously) so could not even arrange to make this last-minute option work. More

Not happy I was promised a loaner only to find the rules had changed when i arrived on site. I’ve received a loaner before. I went to the dealership to complete the paperwork with Alex and left in two hours with my new car, this includes the time they took to walk me through the car explaining every feature and showing me how to use them, they were extremely thorough. They followed up with a phone call in two days asking if I’d like to bring my wife in so they could go though the vehicle with her and explain the features and show her how to use them. I’m used to the “old school” car buying experience and this was in no way like that. Great experience. More
