Hello Sir, Thank you for taking my phone call to review this experience and as I mentioned I'm so very sorry as this is not the experience we want you your wife or anyone to have here, I know Dennis was only trying to help by saying at 1300 miles the oil change wasn't needed but we should have taken the car in and showed your wife the lounge area and just completed the service. The reason as I mentioned the owners pick up the first service is to Thank our new car customers for their purchase and to make coming back for service an easy experience and obviously we didn't do that with your wife on her visit. As I mentioned when I called I really wanted to express that to her as well but you contact number is what was given so again as I mentioned please pass that on to her for me. Now as I mentioned we will also pick up the next oil change as well as that I believe is owed to you and I hope we do a better job of letting you experience how important your business is to us. Again I'm truly sorry we screwed this up when your wife stopped in. As I mentioned when we spoke please contact your sales team member and he will get the next one scheduled when needed and will make sure it is at no charge.
