I had great service from Jerry. He helped me get a rental for the day and when I had to work late, let me bring it back the next morning. My issues have not been fully resolved After service, for several recall issues (coils, brake switch) and repair of key fob function, we discovered our high brake light was not working. Despite of one of the recalls involving service on a brake switch, this issue was not brought to our attention. Unfortunately, there is a new issue which has arisen with the key fob function, electronics and visual display. We are unsure if it’s related to the work done during the visit. The last item I will mention is that although we requested verbal approval for work beyond a certain dollar amount, we did not receive an estimate to indicate the eventual cost, and were surprised by the unexpected expense of the repairs, and now that the new issues have arisen, are concerned with having the issues corrected. More

Paul was recommended to me by another happy customer! Paul Moser was recommended to me by another happy customer, a family that has three or four Subarus in their stable. I am usually a little dubious when I sign on the dotted line for what I perceive as a major purchase, and always anxious. Paul and I had communicated a little by phone prior to my arrival for an appointment to look at Outbacks and Foresters. Paul asked me what features I would like in the Subaru of my Dreams (my words, not his). By the time I arrived I had decided that I would prefer another Forester (I was trading in an earlier model). Upon my arrival I was met by Paul and the friend that recommended him to me; never hurts to have a second opinion- I told Paul that I had eliminated the Outback as an option. He had clearly paid attention to what I wanted, he excused himself briefly to fetch a black 2020 Subie Sport, zipped back into the showroom, flipped us the fob (keys), and let us take it for a whirl, by ourselves, no salesperson distracting and blabbing in the backseat! Bottom line? Two days later my Mastiff puppy and I picked up the Subaru of my dreams. I never once felt pressure to keep bumping up the price of the deal. Paul Moser knows his product, for sure, but what makes him special is that he paid attention to what I wanted. He fit a vehicle to MY needs and wants, not fit me to the vehicle. Subarus can sell themselves; Paul can marry the “Subaru of YOUR Dreams” to YOU! He did that for me. Post Script: In the week and a half since taking my Forester, Paul, has reached out to me multiple times to offer his expertise with any questions I might have, and to ensure my complete happiness. One of my co-workers, and one of my neighbors have inquired about my new beauty, and as I said previously, Subarus can sell themselves; as for me? I AM selling, Paul! NOTE: The Subaru swag, deluxe brownies, and several rolls of doggy-poop bags I received as a token of his appreciation for my business in no way influenced this review! Nope, not one bit! LOL! Thank you, Paul, thank you Ramsey Subaru, and thank you to my dearest friends that aimed me in Paul’s direction! More
