I’m a first time Subaru owner and this Wes first time at the dealer. Was very easy to make appointment online. Place was very clean and organized. The service I needed was very basic so no issues at all. On the dealer. Was very easy to make appointment online. Place was very clean and organized. The service I needed was very basic so no issues at all. Only thing was they said they washed the car but when it was brought up, it was not. That doesn’t reflect on the opinion on it. Great experience purchasing my CX-5. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from start to finish. He was then even more helpful when it came to bringing the car in for installation of remot knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Pleasant people, long vehicle preparation Salesman was pleasant and helpful, finance department was as well. Vehicle preparation took over 3 hours. We really loved the no hassle experience . JJ was so great and kept everything moving . Phil was rude after we turned down the extra warranty and things, he shouldn’t be visibly upset if customer don’t great and kept everything moving . check engine light visit Had a full bank of check engine lights on, and promptly called Ramsey. Service advisor described it as a non-emergency and reassured me the car could Had a full bank of check engine lights on, and promptly called Ramsey. Service advisor described it as a non-emergency and reassured me the car could continue to be used, but needed to come in for a computer diagnostic. Was able to get an appointment within 10 days, and in that interval the check engine lights then went off, but at the appointment the technician was able to retrieve the stored problem code in the computer. Problem identified as a failing primary converter, and the service advisor provided a good explanation of differences in repair options, including original Subaru parts (costing much more) and after market parts/installation (costing much less) and noted some service options in my home area. He also provided again a reassurance that this would be an intermittent error code trigger and could be used without problems, but eventually it will need to be repaired. The only thing I didn't learn was what caused the problem. Appreciate the car wash coupon. More
The tram assessed the damage right away, was straightforward about the needed repairs and costs, and was able to get my car fixed on the spot so I didn’t have to make a return trip.
