More communication When my car was towed in Thursday, I was told it would probably take a few days, maybe into Monday. When I called Monday, it was still outside, not yet looked at. It was difficult to reach a service person to get this information. While I appreciate that it was a big repair that would take time, it would have been nice to be updated on the status of the repair. As it was, it took until Friday to complete, and again, I had to keep calling to get an estimate. Better communication would have been good. More
