Final service poor. 2 hours; no updates; no postmortem; no car wash; treated like I was invisible. Do they treat all women this way? Every other customer was briefed by other service staff at the end of t no car wash; treated like I was invisible. Do they treat all women this way? Perhaps it’s normal for a 30K service to take 3 hours, but I should have been advised of that at least by my service rep at the time. Do men think women have nothing else to do or don’t notice poor service? I a professional - an attorney. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated with respect. I own the car ( along with the bank, for now) and am really done with businesses that fail to hold up standards of equal treatment of customers. I won’t be back.
