I want to start off with, this is not the first used car we have ever purchased, but it was to be a first for our son. Multiple times the Sales Manager said "This is sold as-is Once you leave this lot it we have ever purchased, but it was to be a first for our son. Multiple times the Sales Manager said "This is sold as-is Once you leave this lot it is your car, even if something happen a mile down the road." (Legally this is an untrue statement.) Thought it was strange they said it so many times. We drove the new car 14 miles and the red engine light came on. The sales team new something was wrong with this car and still put it out there for someone to buy. Our salesman Ross was easy to work with and came in early on his day off to help us. Sales manager was not pleasant. (I do not remember his name, but you guys will know who it is.) In the end we got our money back, but it left a really bad taste in the mouth. Also saw a lady yell at a sales guy for moving a car over a curb and he should have "moved another car first." She should not be disrespectful in front of at least 9 customers. Only reason this was a 2 star experience was due to Ross being nice, other than that it would have been a 1 star. We will not be recommending to others. More
