Overall my dealing with Ramsey was very good. They provided good communications and fast service. JJ was awesome and was low pressure, easy to deal with. My only issue was that the vehicle had damage that wasn't shown to me until after the purchase. In fact, I didn't find it until I got it home. The used vehicle had a baseball sized dent in the front bumper that likely wouldn't have impacted my buying decision, just would have appreciated complete transparency and honesty. The Car Fax was shown to me and it was clear. In the end, it was my fault for not seeing the damage prior to purchase. Just irked me that this only flaw wasn't pointed out. More
