We purchased our first outback 9 years ago from Ramsey Subaru, wish we had not. The service from the sales professional we worked with back in 2012 was poor. Their service department has been difficult to deal with that we stopped bringing our car in for service at Ramey. We were on the market to purchase another new Subaru (Ascent this time). The thing they are constant with is poor service. We were ready to purchase and our sales rep left us hanging, did not cover how to use features on the Ascent, did not spend anytime even after I told him were we ready to purchase. Instead he went on to help some other people. We wound up the same day going to Baxter Subaru in Omaha-got a great deal, awesome service, spent time explaining features. I definitely recommend making the drive to Omaha. More

I took my vehicle in to have an infotainment issue looked at (for the third time) an oil warning light issue and an oils change. After a day in the service department I was told my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I asked for a review of the work and was simply told where I could pay for the oil change. No explanation whatsoever of the work. The bill indicated they could not duplicate the infotainment system issues. I can reproduce the issues at will so it does not seem likely that was actually investigated. The bill also indicated the oil light issue could not be replicated. So I don’t know if there really is an issue or not. To top this all off the person who brought my car up placed it in Park with the vehicle still in motion so I got to hear my gears grinding as my vehicle skidded to a stop. I cannot day I was happy in the slightest with this kind of service. More
