Jim stood up with a grin and asked how he could help me...so it began and from there I asked a million questions, told a bunch of stories about my experience 3 years earlier with Bill, test drove, and picked a car about 90minutes later. Jim was wonderful, treated me with respect, kindness and I liked him. This was Saturday, I was there like 2 1/2 hours, came back on Monday@5:30p.m. all ready to sign, put down my deposit and drive off, expected maybe an hour. Was there until 8p.m.,1+ hours, waiting on finance guy. My only less than perfect part. The warranty sales pitch was unpleasant, I opted out of that cost. Other then that all was great and I liked it. More
