Ross was a great salesman, very communicative and honest. Very helpful when asking questions and wasn’t afraid to say if he didn’t know the answer but made sure to reach out to find someone who did. Brad is who did the financing and it was very difficult to have a conversation with him - I would ask a question then be spoken over and my question would go unanswered (this happened on several occasions/conversations). I had such a great experience. I'm glad I followed my boss's advice and came here for my new vehicle. Rufad was knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles we came to see, and not pushy. I was glad that we were near a dealership when we broke down. I thought the people I met were great, but overall was not impressed with the service.
