Brought in my crosstrek for a Metal rattle noise. The facility had my vehicle from end of july to early November. During which time i was told it was fixed multiple times and multiple times it was not fi facility had my vehicle from end of july to early November. During which time i was told it was fixed multiple times and multiple times it was not fixed. I had 4-5 loaner vehicles during this time and my vehicle STILL makes the noise. The final time i picked up my car the engine light came on because someone had put in the camshaft sensors backwards. I haven’t brought it back because it’s blatantly obvious that they don’t know what to do. I’m disappointed because I love subaru vehicles. Thank the Lord it’s not impacting the driving ability. More

I went to have a rear door fixed, the tech shorted out the computer module and didn't tell anyone. I made it home and tried to open the rear door which didn't work. I was asked to return the vehicle to the computer module and didn't tell anyone. I made it home and tried to open the rear door which didn't work. I was asked to return the vehicle to the service center (1 1/2 hour drive one way) and was given a loaner car. A week later I was told I had to pay an additional $300 - $400 for the computer module. After I asked how I would file a complaint the service manager waived the computer module fee. More
