I haven’t seen the work done on my car yet. This rating is based on it being almost 5 weeks ago that I dropped my vehicle off. The Bad: Left cut wires on the passenger side of my car. Took everything out if my center console, had no idea they were getting in there, unplugged my devices and left it that way. Broke my AUX port! This is the worse one by far. Now my bluetooth wont work without my AUX port. Told them now it's not working. Tech looked at it again and said everything is plugged in. Didnt help me and was just in a rush! Horrible! The guy helping me with my car brought it back again and finally the tech found that he damage my wires and broke it off, he fixed it but it took 3 times telling him that it was broke. Expect my car not to come back broken. More

Always friendly, Jerry by far is the best service advisor. He remembers me! He spends the time it takes to ensure everything is addressed that my older Subaru needs.
