After his explanations and the test drive, we were convinced this was the right vehicle for us, and convinced that we were dealing with an intelligent, honest, patient person who had our best interests as number one priority. Upon taking delivery, Paul gave us a refresher course on the operation of the important features, taking over an hour with us. Since we have had a chance to drive the new Outback for a couple of weeks, we love it even more! More

Paul included my kids in everything, knows their names, wrote out a list of every fee, tax etc. so that we could all see exactly what was entailed in the purchase. The process of applying for financing and filling out paperwork was zippy and painless - unlike other experiences I have had at most other dealerships. When I placed the order for my WRX, I was given a discount on the price without even asking. Comparing the price I paid to the price others have paid for the same vehicle, I know I got a good deal. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Ramsey and when the time comes, I will definitely buy a third. Strongly recommend contacting Moser if you want to be sure to have a similar experience. Only negative is I had to wait 90+ days for the WRX but that is not atypical for all new purchases based on conversations I have had with other owners around the country via Facebook. This is not the fault of the dealership and at the end, it was well worth the wait. More
