It was our first experience with the Costco program and Paul was very knowledgeable in helping us utilize it. He was also very knowledgeable about the Outback and went through every option available to us, but ultimately let us decide on our own which package we wanted with no pressure from him to buy more than we really wanted. When the car arrived, he spent over an hour with us showing us all the features which we really appreciated. Horrible and rude service department If they had a zero rating I would give the service department that rating. Mazda makes a nice mid priced care, but you better hope nothing goes wrong under warranty. More
