I was happy that Ramsey was able to match the best offers I could find within 500 miles, and I didn't have to travel. What they paid for my trade in was within range, as well. Everything went very smoothly. It was raining on the day I picked up the new vehicle, so I did not inspect it, closely. Once I had the opportunity to wash it, I noticed some damage to one of the wheels. When I took it to Rufad, he helped me find damage to another wheel, as well. They could have accused me of causing the damage. Instead, they offered to make it right. They went out of their way to get me a rental car within minutes, and to get it in for repairs as soon as possible. I cannot imagine a better experience, and I highly recommend Rufad and Ramsey. Excellent experience My husband and I bought a Subaru Outback from Ramsey Subaru in Des Moines about two weeks ago. We headed west right away for a grip to Santa Fe. The c My husband and I bought a Subaru Outback from Ramsey Subaru in Des Moines about two weeks ago. We headed west right away for a grip to Santa Fe. The car was a pleasure to drive and we were grateful for Paul Moser's careful training in the new features of this car. We were a bit disappointed on the way west with the gas mileage but the car made up for it on the way home. We hadn't realized how wind and elevation can make such a difference. With a strong tail wind one day across Kansas we had a day's average of 39 miles to the gallon and had a trip average of 34.7 for the way home. Our final average for the round trip was 32.6 and we were fairly heavily loaded. Two large bikes fit crossways between the front and back seat with the front wheels removed. Packed this way we could get them out for a ride along the way. We are very happy with our Outback and with the sales experience at Ramsey Subaru of Des Moines. Thanks Paul. PS.
