Vehicle has been to dealer twice, staff has acknowledged squealing. No remedy provided. Sunglasses holder replaced. After work completed, marks and stains present on roof liner around work area. Ignition system sporadically failed to start vehicle (6 failures Sept.18-Jan.19), both manually with dash button and remotely. Staff updated computer. Time will tell. More
Oil & rotates There was no sick building this year . All seemed healthy but no hand sanitizer either. Facilities are breaking down. Excellent service as usual I couldn't get the key out of the ignition in my Suburu Outback. I called and talked to one of the service advisors. He told me that if I could sho I couldn't get the key out of the ignition in my Suburu Outback. I called and talked to one of the service advisors. He told me that if I could show up the next morning at 8 am they would work me in. I took the car in this morning and it was repaired in about an hour. More

When it was time to pick it up there were no surprises with the car. The only thing I wish they would have done differently was let us know of our warrenty options earlier on in the process so we could have time to think it over before coming to the dealership to pick up the car. Speedy & Helpful Service I was a walk-in standby for an oil change and tire rotation and in spite of that and the bad weather, they got my car done in 45 minutes! I was able to speak to the parts manager, get both of my key fob batteries replaced, and schedule an appointment the following week for a recall/replacement repair as well as some other preventative maintenance. I also visited the customer waiting area and enjoyed a hot beverage and snack to pass the time! One stop shopping and all four of the employees I spoke to were very helpful and kind. I will bring my car back again and again! Very pleased! More

Warranty Service while I was on a Road Trip I had to travel 2 1/2 hours to Des Moines last Tuesday with my beloved dog, Rosie, for her CatScan. Leaving home at 5am during a snow storm and my I had to travel 2 1/2 hours to Des Moines last Tuesday with my beloved dog, Rosie, for her CatScan. Leaving home at 5am during a snow storm and my heater didn’t work. I was able to fit in an service appointment with Ramsay, during which they diagnosed and fixed the problem, a blower fan gone bad.
