Recall for media system I purchased my car in Ks, but I am deployed to Iowa during time of recall. Great "no pressure" experience We have bought several new cars over the years and this was the best experience at Ramsey Subaru in Urbandale. Paul Moser was knowledgeable and answe We have bought several new cars over the years and this was the best experience at Ramsey Subaru in Urbandale. Paul Moser was knowledgeable and answered all our questions when test driving an Outback. There was no pressure to buy and we left to think about what we wanted to do. After talking about it for a few days we contacted Paul and he spent more time on the phone with us as we wanted something that wasn't on their lot. He was patient with us making it all happen and in a couple of weeks we picked up the Outback that was equipped just as we wanted. Dennis Bracewell worked with us on the financial part of the transaction. He explained options available and again there was no pressure to buy anything. We left very happy with our purchase as well as Paul and Dennis. This is our first Subaru but it may not be our last. More

Programming a key We brought down a key that we bought online to program. We were told it might not work - which we understood but we were never asked how many times th We brought down a key that we bought online to program. They charged us $400 and said they tried 6 times. we ended up buying their key which I think was the intention all along. Will never recommend this place. Very unhappy and feel ripped off. More
