Great experience from start to finish I've bought many cars from dealerships in the past, and have always ended up with something that didn't quite "fit". I came in and was immediately greeted by Jordan, who worked with me right away. He listened to what I needed in a new car, didnt push anything on me, and had me go for the most in-depth test drive I've ever done with a potential vehicle. We went through rough terrain that mimicked where I'll be living and driving primarily, and he took lots of extra time to walk me through every feature in the car. I was floored by the customer service and care that this dealership provided. Phil, who helped finance the vehicle, put a lot of effort into finding the best loan option for me as well. I love my Subaru and will absolutely do business with this dealership in the future, and will recommend them to friends and family. I was originally a Toyota gal, but am officially converted. Gave my keys to another customer On the plus side, I could not even see any sign that the air bag had been changed out for the new one. Well, I guess I could know something happened as my seat was way back (I have short legs) and the mirrors were different. My car is newer and even a different color than the customer that was given my keys. Good thing that she was taking her time leaving the dealership. My first contact was very polite and gracious as far as the person taking my information. However he said he was switching me to "Jerry," whom I did not actually meet him as he was the lucky person who gave my keys to another customer. Sorry Jerry. More

Okay experience, but not great. Our experience was okay, unfortunately, we had hoped for more. Dejah was very busy multitasking- with other customers and her children. Additionally, several questions we not answered because she wasn’t sure.... had to either look things up or we were told to watch short videos on MyMazda. We’d hoped for more knowledge about the vehicle from an expert, not the internet. There were several mistakes made on paperwork, this seemed to be connected to the multitasking that was going on. More

We were very satisfied with the sales process and received a fair price on our trade in and on the Ascent. Brad Wheeler, (no relation), the finance manager, also was a pleasure to work with. After the purchase Brandon walked us through all the safety features on the Ascent and how to operate them. He really knows his Subaru's.
