A little frustrated The water leaking into my car is not a new issue, a week after I bought it, ( it was a demo with 2kmiles) I brought it back in because of a wet floor The water leaking into my car is not a new issue, a week after I bought it, ( it was a demo with 2kmiles) I brought it back in because of a wet floor and smelling of must. They vacuumed it out and said I must have left the windows open. Nothing else was wet, just the floor. It has happened a couple of times after that....I did not leave the windows open. When I brought it in this last time, the entire floor at the passenger side was soaked, nothing else just the floor from seat to up the floor toward the top of th e area below the glovebox. The reason was a clogged something by maybe leaves? they had emptied out a lot of water, my a/c condensation was not evacuating as usual and that I would have to watch out for it and don't park under trees? I am really thinking this is a fault of manufacturing that particular area of the car. The car always smells moldy. The cars don't come with requirements of garage parking when not running. Service is good and always has been very accommodating. They managed to squeeze my car in on a busy Friday and I am grateful for that. Its just the car is not comfortable because of the consistent moldy smell and who knows what I (and my dog) am breathing in. More

Paul Moser was just what we needed. No pressure, patient and very helpful. He took us out for a test drive, highlighted the options of the car and let the car sell itself. He was up front with the pricing and showed us all the costs to get us out the door. Subaru and Paul Moser provided frequent updates regarding the delivery date for our new car. We are very happy with our purchase experience and our new Subaru Forester. More

Service I had them check why the tires were cupping got nowhere. They said they would talk to Subaru about replacing them, I’ve heard nothing back in almost a I had them check why the tires were cupping got nowhere. They said they would talk to Subaru about replacing them, I’ve heard nothing back in almost a month. I asked them to replace a reflector missing from my bumper they didn’t do that either. This is all on a 2019 outback with about 15k miles. More
