Broken Website and lost appointment I tried to schedule an appointment to get my tires replaced. When I arrived they had no knowledge about the appointment . After waiting for 30 minutes I tried to schedule an appointment to get my tires replaced. When I arrived they had no knowledge about the appointment . After waiting for 30 minutes they came to tell me they found my appointment that was scheduled for last week. An appointment that when I had called to confirm they said they had no knowledge of. Also 2 of the phone numbers on their site are dead. More

Good dealer for purchasing limited edition vehicle I bought a limited edition Mazda Miata, ordered directly via Mazda itself. The car had to ultimately be purchased through a dealer, I chose Ramsey sin I bought a limited edition Mazda Miata, ordered directly via Mazda itself. The car had to ultimately be purchased through a dealer, I chose Ramsey since they are local. They were kind enough to call me ahead and ask if I wanted the shipping tape left on the car, or leave it as it came off the truck (definitely a plus for a limited edition vehicle). They sold the car to me at list price, comparison-shopped a few loan outlets for me, and gave me a good interest rate loan. I've heard horror stories from others who bought limited edition cars at other dealers, where the dealers would try hard to mark the price of the car up by rather crazy amounts. I'm sure glad Ramsey didn't try that kind of stuff. It's quite likely that I'll buy my next car from these fine folks. More

Took 2 trips to fix the issue This is the first time I have ever had an issue of any kind with the service dept, but usually I am going in for an oil change or some other type of p This is the first time I have ever had an issue of any kind with the service dept, but usually I am going in for an oil change or some other type of preventive maintenance issue. This time, I was in because I hit a curb in the snow and was worried that I might have done some damage, though nothing was visible to me . I took it in and was told that I was lucky, it just needed a simple alignment and I was good to go. So that's what was done. The next day I experienced tire noise on the interstate, and the car drifting to one side. So I took it back in, and further damage was discovered that apparently was missed the first time. That resulted in a much more expensive repair. I should have asked for credit for the alignment that didn't fix the problem but I didn't. More
