Lack of Communication My daughter made an appointment for Saturday November 16th for 9:30 AM, when we arrived they told her that they only do maintenance appointments on Sa My daughter made an appointment for Saturday November 16th for 9:30 AM, when we arrived they told her that they only do maintenance appointments on Saturday, which was not communicated with her when she made the appointment. The gentleman that was helping us was irritated with another customer and was extremely rude, we agreed that she could bring the vehicle back on Friday November 22nd, he indicated they had time that day to look at the vehicle and would schedule the appointment for her. We dropped the vehicle off on Thursday night for Friday service. We didn't receive any updates on the vehicle on Friday at all. We finally called to get a status and they indicated that they needed more time to evaluate the vehicle. We had to drive out to the dealership to obtain some items out of the vehicle on Saturday and the vehicle had not moved from the place we parked it on Thursday night. Clearly, they hadn't even looked at the vehicle. If I have an appointment on Friday I would expect the service department to at least diagnose the vehicle on the day of the appointment. That is all that we had requested them to do. My daughter is a college student, we had to make arrangements to get her back to school and make additional arrangements to go and get her to pick up her vehicle (which was Tuesday)! More
