Paul Moser had been highly recommended by a couple of friends, and I found Paul to be the perfect blend of professional with a wonderful sense of humor to take that edge down several notches. No pressure, but a great presentation of Subaru's offerings. I've owned the new Forester less than 24 hours, and have been reading and re-reading sections of the manuals that I need to know. The manuals are very well-written (librarian talking here), and my confidence grows every time I head out of the garage.
