I have both of our Nissan vehicles serviced at Ramsey Nissan. Yesterday I took my wife's Rogue for an oil change. Additionally she wanted to have the air conditioning checked. When I spoke with the ser Nissan. Yesterday I took my wife's Rogue for an oil change. Additionally she wanted to have the air conditioning checked. When I spoke with the service advisor, Jenn, she initially explained that I would have to make a separate appointment to have the AC checked because that was not part of the Express Service. A few minutes later she came looking for me to tell me that another mechanic/technician had come in and the AC matter could be looked into now. She explained what the cost would be and what would be done to troubleshoot the problem. She also spoke with my wife over the telephone to explain things. In the end the oil was changed, the other maintenance points which are typically included in the Express Service were checked, and my wife is happy with the AC. My overall experience was a 10! More
