The Mazda staff is great and always a pleasure to work with. But even after the Service department updated the Mazda Connect software in my 2018 CX-5, an issue still remains with my new iPhone SE2 and Blu with. But even after the Service department updated the Mazda Connect software in my 2018 CX-5, an issue still remains with my new iPhone SE2 and Bluetooth GPS navigation. With each spoken navigation the first couple seconds are lagging so I do not hear the complete direction, and is therefore unreliable. My previous iPhone SE worked fine in the vehicle. Apple and Verizon say it must be the vehicle. Looks like I'll have to go back and have it checked out. More

Krystal was great...first on the phone, and then in person. The car was fixed in 2 hours and it feels brand new.
