First let me say this. In the past, I'd have rather had root canal in a back alley before I'd go to a dealership. Joe and Donovan shatter the car dealer stereotype. Bait and switch. Called to drive Mazda CX5 with 26833 miles drove, liked smelled fresh. Checked the mileage It was 34000 plus miles. The Mazda staff is great and always a pleasure to work with. But even after the Service department updated the Mazda Connect software in my 2018 CX-5, an issue still remains with my new iPhone SE2 and Blu with. But even after the Service department updated the Mazda Connect software in my 2018 CX-5, an issue still remains with my new iPhone SE2 and Bluetooth GPS navigation. With each spoken navigation the first couple seconds are lagging so I do not hear the complete direction, and is therefore unreliable. My previous iPhone SE worked fine in the vehicle. Apple and Verizon say it must be the vehicle. Looks like I'll have to go back and have it checked out. More
