My experience with Ramsey Mazda was best in class. I called about a specific suv model and trim. They didn’t have it, but they called me as soon as it arrived so I could set up a test drive and connect called about a specific suv model and trim. They didn’t have it, but they called me as soon as it arrived so I could set up a test drive and connect with a sales associate. When I showed up for my appointment they were ready with the car - 0 wait time. I test drove the suv and did the paperwork with sales associate, Charlie Finocciaro and the financials with Donovan on a Monday evening and the suv was ready to be picked up 2 days later. Seamless process. Professional staff. They even called to check in post sale to make sure everything was going ok with the suv.
