I picked up a new 2009 Mazdaspeed 3 GT for my son from Ramsey Mazda yesterday. I made the deal by telephone in the morning, received an email confirming the deal and picked up the car the same evening. It took the business manager all of five minutes to have me sign the paperwork and then Peggy went over every facet of the car before I left. The entire process took only twenty minutes from the time I arrived until I drove away. I have purchased over 20 new cars for my wife and I over the years and I have never had a purchase experience quite like this. I would recommend this dealer, and Peggy and John, to anyone. My wife and I will definitely give strong consideration to buying our next two new cars here. More

After having my car for a couple days, my Auxillary Jack for my iPod didn't work - it just so happens that I didn't plug it in all the way. Go figure - even with an owner/user error, they were more than happy to help! I am so happy with my Brand New 2010 Mazda 3, that I will reccommend Ramsey Mazda to everyone I know!! Thanks again! Very good dealership. I leased a CX-7 from them.They were very friendly and did their best to accommodate me.The person I dealt with seemed new and even though she did not know much about the car she was ver very friendly and did their best to accommodate me.The person I dealt with seemed new and even though she did not know much about the car she was very friendly and tried to get the info I needed about the car. Also I received a thank you card something I never expected from a dealer. I also recommend their service dept. Went in for an oil change and while I was waiting for my car they discovered a problem with my car. It was under warranty so it was no big deal for me but the great thing is they offered a loaner car on the spot instead of me having to come back again. I would recommend this dealer for anybody looking to get a Mazda. More
