We could not LOVE this dealer and Sales Team more if we were related! We started with Willy who was absolutely FANTASTIC!, Then we moved on to Donovan who was equally STELLAR!. Then Chris led us through the ins and outs of the actual, and he as TERRIFIC. We purchased the car before we even took it for a test drive! We never felt rushed , and no question was silly or to much! We truly felt like family and cannot speak more highly of Ramsey Mazda. I just had an oil change and tire rotation service at on my CX-5. I was courteously greeted and waited for my car in a nice sitting area. Price was fair, they sent a video of the work being done on my car my CX-5. I was courteously greeted and waited for my car in a nice sitting area. Since 2009, Ramsey Mazda has been my “go to” dealership having leased 5 CX-9s, 3 Mazda 6s, 3 Mazda 3s, a CX-30 and just recently our first CX-90. As always, the car leasing/buying experience has been great having leased 5 CX-9s, 3 Mazda 6s, 3 Mazda 3s, a CX-30 and just recently our first CX-90. As always, the car leasing/buying experience has been great even when the “players” change. My new salesperson, Elena DeCosta was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaged in our recent CX-90 lease (look up Elena should you choose to shop at Ramsey Mazda. My new Business Manager, Eric Taylor, was my former salesperson and made the transactional process go smoothly. I highly recommend Ramsey Mazda. More
I leased a Mazda CX-90 over a year ago, initially seeking the CX-9 because it offered a fully-loaded option at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I learned that the CX-9 was discontinued and replaced by the the CX-9 because it offered a fully-loaded option at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I learned that the CX-9 was discontinued and replaced by the new CX-90. The dealership convinced me that the CX-90, particularly the Premium Plus model i bught it in April 2023, was comparable to the CX-9 in terms of features and value. However, after leasing the CX-90, I discovered several issues with the dealership: Cost vs. Value: I’m paying $844 per month for this lease, which is significantly more than I would have paid for the CX-9. Despite this higher cost, I’ve found that the CX-90 is missing several features that I expected to have, particularly lane assistance. I checked the window sticker sent by my broker in email, which listed lane assistance as included, but the feature is not present in my vehicle. Recalls and Reliability: I’ve experienced issues with the car from the very beginning. Over 18 months later, Mazda has now issued a recall for problems I’ve been dealing with since I first took out the vehicle. It’s been frustrating to have so many problems with a new model, especially since the sales person did not inform me that the vehicle might have so many issues. Summary: While the Mazda CX-90 has its strengths, my experience has been marred by missing features and ongoing reliability issues. If you’re considering this model, be aware that it may not fully meet the expectations set by the dealership, especially in terms of features and overall value. More
