He came back to me with a super deal on a 2018 CX-5 Touring that beat the other offer by a mile. I got a CX-5 with everything that I wanted for less than the other dealer. There was no haggling or pressure. We made the deal in less than 1 hour. Donovan Lau, Business Manager, was thorough, accommodating, and friendly who completed a credit check to help seal the deal.
