Puts Wayne Mazda to Shame I walked into Ramsey Mazda originally thinking I would not be purchasing a vehicle, due to my trade in having a lot of miles and still making payments I walked into Ramsey Mazda originally thinking I would not be purchasing a vehicle, due to my trade in having a lot of miles and still making payments. After finding a good deal on a CPO Grand Touring CX3, I decided to give it a shot. I used their trade in appraiser tool on their website, where I was given a great price for my trade. My salesman Willy was fantastic. I could tell he was eager to make the deal happen and keep me the customer happy. We went back and forth a few times, and finally settled on a great number and none of the outstanding owed on my trade in was rolled over onto the new loan after the money down and money on my trade, which is exactly what I wanted. What I was most impressed about Ramsey Mazda was their transparency. Willy and his manager were always negotiating the final price of the car - with taxes, financing, etc. None of this .. "well I can get you in the car for x amount a month" - we all know this game is just the salespeople increasing the loan length and not the price of the car. When discussing the "out of the door" price, Willy even factored in taxes, interest, and any fees. My only complaint was I was not able to drive home my car that night, but it really was not a big deal. I would go back to Willy in an instant and highly recommend anyone looking for a transparent salesman who wants to make the sale, and makes sure the customer walks out happy knowing they got a great deal. More

The service Manager Rob was horrified and determined to fix our problem once and for all. I cannot say enough fabulous things about our experience.
