(I would like to be notified that he was recognized). However, the dealership is dishonest and can’t be trusted. It has proven time and time again that its dishonest practices and ridiculous prices for service and sales have made it a business to a avoid! I and others travel further to have other dealerships and private mechanics work on our cars. This dealership, along with so many affiliations in the Ramsey Auto Group are bad news. This review won’t likely change much of the practices of this auto group, because this group truly cares more about their bank account than the customer. More

He listened to what we were looking for and was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay without the back and forth. Thus, we went back to Eric for our most recent purchase. This experience was just as good as our first experience. Eric listened to what we wanted and was able to get us into the car within our price request. When we picked up the car he spent a lot of time with us teaching us how to use the many features. I would highly recommend Eric if you are looking to buy a Mazda. This was our first experience with Donovan Lau the finance manager. He also made the process very easy and was able to answer all of our many questions.
