I had the pleasure of having Eric Taylor as my sales representative, he is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. We touched many conversations which made my experience feel like something more than just purchasing a new car, it felt as if we were old friends catching up over a few drinks, totally a comfortable vibe. The actual process was extremely smooth and painless. After a great start with Eric I had the pleasure to "chill" with Donovan. I didn't think things good get any better and then they did, again it felt as if we were old friends simply catching up on life. We discussed careers, of course cars and even dabbed into our passion for watches lol. Donovan closed the deal with a bang! So at this point I am ready to walk out after a great time and then I meet Chris. Chris was there to give me a tutorial of how my car worked. Now I've done this before and these tutorials seem pretty basic. NOTHING about Chris's tutorial was basic! It was like he knew the car inside out, took it apart and then put it back together again. Detailed explanations to the max in a simple non rushed way. He even taught my father (Joe Barreto) who has the same car a few new tricks. I am truly pleased with the service and experience I received and look forward to a long lasting relationship with the team.
