As good as buying a car can get Great experience from initial inquiry to the delivery of my QX-60. I live at the Jersey Shore 1 and 1/2 hours drive to get to Ramsey INFINITY. Along the way I passed at least 3 Infinity dealerships. My first contact was via email with Samantha Christen. She set up the deal and kept me fully informed during all phases of the buying process and the detailed quote she sent me was to the penny what I paid upon my arrival at the dealership, including my trade (no hidden fees or surprises). When I arrived at the dealer to consummate the deal I was turned over to salesman Zack Alhamawandi. Once again I was impressed by his professionalism and competence. Zack completed the paperwork in short order with no unreasonable delays and no surprises. He was very knowledgeable about the product and made sure I was comfortable with how all the systems on the SUV operated before I left the dealership. My final contact of the night was with the Finance Manager Enrique Liranzo. Enrique completed the deal in a very reasonable time and got me on my way in short order as IO had requested. Anyone looking to purchase an INFINITY vehicle should give Ramsey INFINITY a chance, you wont be disapointed. More

Best car-buying experience of my life Because my child will be going to college next year, I didn't think I would be able to afford another Infiniti. I have driven an Infiniti for 10 years Because my child will be going to college next year, I didn't think I would be able to afford another Infiniti. I have driven an Infiniti for 10 years, all leased from the awesome Ramsey Infiniti, and I love my car and everything about their service, but I needed to save some money and my lease was up. I explored many options including buying a used car, extending my lease, buying my Q50, and leasing a less expensive car. It was depressing for me to test drive other cars, as there is just something about the whole Infiniti experience that is special. But time was running out on my lease, I had a week to figure out what I was going to do, and so I called Ramsey Infiniti in semi-desperation knowing I wanted a new car but not being able to afford a new 2019 lease on any Infiniti. I had the incredible luck to have the amazing and angelic Samantha Christen pick up the phone that day and I explained to her my situation. She was so darn compassionate that I thought I was speaking with Mother Theresa. Samantha helped me to organize my thoughts and financial situation, and we figured out what I was comfortable affording. She then told me the GREAT news- they had a new 2018 Q50 on site and she gave me a fantastic deal that I could afford! She acknowledged my Infiniti loyalty and we spoke for a while about how real it is to be attached to your car. I really do love my Infinitis! Every single one. She spent the next 3 hours getting my paperwork in order, and had me driving my gorgeous new Q50 the next day!!! I don't know what was more exciting- getting a great deal on the car of my dreams, or meeting Samantha in person at Ramsey Infiniti. She is a stellar human being. She is the kind of person that restores your faith in humanity. Thank you Samantha for giving 110%, being a breath of fresh air, and not giving up until I was driving another Infiniti, the best car I have ever driven. Everybody at Ramsey Infiniti is top-of-the-line best of the best people, and it makes driving an Infiniti much more personal for me. They feel like family. More
