Outstanding team providing an exceptional service! This was my first time visiting an Infiniti Dealer since moving out to the east coast and it is safe to say I will not be going anywhere else in the f This was my first time visiting an Infiniti Dealer since moving out to the east coast and it is safe to say I will not be going anywhere else in the future! The team was able to get me in for an oil change and a tire issue without an appointment on a SATURDAY, unbelievable, and unheard of in the Midwest. The waiting room is stocked with all sorts of goodies from water, bagels, snacks, all the coffee and capppucino you could ever want! Ramsey Infiniti performed a syntethic oil change, thorough inspection, and even pulled a nail out of tire and repaired it alllll free of charge since it was my first visit. The team was beyond welcoming and accommodating and even cleaned my filthy car inside and out, all within about an hour waiting! Needless to say that Ramsey Infiniti went above and beyond my expectations and have earned a customer for the remainder of my time on the east coast. 10/10.
