They used to be good. This dealership used to be good IMHO, that’s the main reason i kept on bringing my car there for service even if I live an hour away. The past 2 services I got was sub par, they couldn’t even give you updates on your car and you need to call and leave a message just for them to give you any info. And even if they call they call you very late. The one I dealt with this last time seems to be very disinterested in helping me out, didn’t even want to be bothered with questions. They have lost my business, I need a new Infiniti dealer to buy from and service my cars More
can't trust service dept I serviced my Q50 back in may 17 , they told me that i needed brakes and that the rotors needed to be resurfaced, i said ok and they did the work. 6 I serviced my Q50 back in may 17 , they told me that i needed brakes and that the rotors needed to be resurfaced, i said ok and they did the work. 6 months later i am having brake problems again and they told me that now i need new rotors , front and back . I was not happy that only 5 months later i need brakes again , but accepted the service. Also added the 60.000 miles service , repair scratches on the rims, and new floor mats . After 1 week i got my car back, cover in dirt, no mats in the car (but i was charged $150 for), after complaining to my service advisor Luke Incognit, he send the car to be washed and he went to pick up the mats at the parts department. After i got home, and looked at the invoice , i realized that they resurfaced the rotors a second time, first i think it is dangerous and second they told me that they will be replaced. i called Luke, he told me he will call me back in half an hour , and i am still waiting. Called the service manager Tim Broderick, and he offered to fix the problem , to bring my car back and they will install new rotors, i refused because i can't trust that service dept anymore .They lie . customer beware . they make you feel like a king when you are buying a $62000 car and then charge you for something they didn't do in service. More

Dennis Lutz came highly recommend from a friend and he delivered. Sales rep have a bad rep to be sneaky and not trustworthy, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my experience was nothing but extremely satisfactory. My first interactions with Dennis, he understood where I needed to be financially, he was totally transparent and made it happened. I also want add that this was done over the phone, so there was no back and forth and time spent in the dealer which can be dreadful. All I had to do is show up, sign and drive. Great experience with Dennis I will certainly recommend him to friends and family without hesitation. More
