I am very upset as I called the dealership multiple times yesterday to get an understanding of what was wrong with my air conditioner, each time I was told someone would call me back but no one ever did yesterday to get an understanding of what was wrong with my air conditioner, each time I was told someone would call me back but no one ever did More
I agree with others would give it a 0 star rating if I could worst car buying experience of my life. For starters I had to drive 3+ hours to get the car not their fault just have to set the scene. Daniel could worst car buying experience of my life. For starters I had to drive 3+ hours to get the car not their fault just have to set the scene. Daniel who did absolutely nothing to facilitate the sale and heed my warning do not let him be your salesman either. Terrible communication would not respond to texts or return phone calls when I know he received the message. Was also lied to repeatedly by him but more on that later. So leave my house to go pick the car up at 900 am got a phone call from Daniel that car would be ready and filled up when I got there. Pull up and the car comes around the corner and they start getting it ready when I get there. The car only had 3/4 of a tank a gas not a big deal but compounding lies makes it all the worse. As far as dealing with them I did not haggle gave them asking price which took about 4 different people to facilitate getting a purchase order. Daniel was no help getting me this now onto Harold who actually helped get this taken care of. Now the nightmare after purchase. I live out of state and require an actual title to get tags. Told Daniel, 6 days after purchase I required this for tags. He did nothing to try to get my title (ie,unanswered texts no calls backs ghosted me pretty much). Said if I didn't get it in time he would send another temp tag (have that documented via text messages and emails for those who need proof). Everytime I would try and talk to manager to get it resolved I was passed to Daniel than eventually back to Harold. Now onto Harold who said they can't mail temp tags. But says i would have a title at the end of the week and overnited by Friday mind by this point it is just at the 30 day mark where my temp tag expires. That brings us to the following week Tuesday no call no check in and no title. Then he ghosted me. So finally Wednesday got sales manager Jose told him this whole story and said he knew nothing about it. Asked about a temp tag to at least be able to drive the car said its "against company policy". But lying to customers is clearly not. Assured me two weeks I would have my title. Strike 3 for the manager. Took 4 weeks to get the title was not overnited per manager email and assurance thats how it would be sent. When he realized it was in the MVA's hands he was done at that point. That doesn't help that I have a car that this dealer was paid in full for and I was unable to drive for a month. I am certain the response from the dealer will be "MVA DELAYS". However if this would have been addressed 6 days after I bought the car and notified Daniel of It would not have taken 7+ weeks to get a title. Sorry for the long post want the facts out there so maybe others won't have such a bad experience with a dealership full of liars. Lastly please if you are buying a used vehicle have a Mechanic check it out the service dept. does the bare minimum when turning cars over. Mine had a factory original air filter with 67k miles on it and 5 lbs of dirt in it which made the check engine light come on. Also 2 cracked rims which dealer said the weren't responsible for. Buyers Beware! More
