Service: i has scheduled a service, with a loaner, well in a week in advance to get my tires done as per recommendation after getting my oil change. I brought my car in and they told me there were no loane in a week in advance to get my tires done as per recommendation after getting my oil change. I brought my car in and they told me there were no loaners available. I then rescheduled a second time with a loaner a week out. I again arrived and was told there were no loaners available. TERRIBLE! Twice this happened I don’t think there is an excuse for this. I would have much rather been told a loaner wasn’t available prior to my arrival as a courtesy, so that I could have planned my day accordingly. Phil was the only person I really like in that department but he hasn’t been in. Also! When I received my car back, Ann hour later the low pressure tire light went on. Pretty redicculous. More

It was okay My service advisor was Luke A. Incognit. His services was pleasant, friendly and very professional I must say. But unfortunately after receiving my ve My service advisor was Luke A. But unfortunately after receiving my vehicle back as I was driving back home I noticed some damage was done to my front right side passenger seat. I advised my service advisor Luke and was directed to send him pictures of the damages received to my vehicle which I did and was advised to call to make an appointment to have the damages repaired. Unfortunately for me I had a scheduled surgery set for the very next day so I was unable to make the appointment to have my vehicle repaired. I am still in recovery right now and was advised by my doctors not to drive long distance until I can be seen by my surgical surgeon and be given medical clearance to drive long distance again. So I tried to make a follow up call on Monday to speak with my service advisor Luke but for some unknown reason I never received a return call after leaving a message. So I just wanted to have this grievance on record that I did try making contact to have the repairs address before I have my lease vehicle return inspection done on Monday the 6th of January 2020. So other than this issue I have had a wonderful experience with Infiniti and the service and vehicle I choose to lease. More
