Upon hearing a strange sound on my XQ60 I drove to Ramsey Infiniti without an appt. At the service dept. Mr. Jacob immediately greeted me and jumped into the passenger seat to troubleshoot where the sound wa Infiniti without an appt. At the service dept. Understanding my limited time Mr. Jacob made sure he remedied the noise as well as taking the time to address a pending recall all in one and a half hours.
