Have not had a single issue with Ramsey Infiniti service since purchasing my Q50 there in 2018. Always a good experience. Service employees are very professional but the Mechanics are either lazy or corrupt because the mechanic forgot to top of the air on tires, reset the oil reminder today (9-10-22) while doing oil change. The service manager Luke seems to be only person there who is knowledgeable enough and takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues. Other than that, you will be lucky if you get a return phone call back. I can safely say that I am done with Infiniti after this car and will continue to spread the word regarding both my awful experience with this dealer and the abundance of car issues. Ramsey Infiniti will certainly cause you a lot of time and money, rest assured. For the prices that they ask for their cars, they have to do better. More
