Usually very happy with the service and maybe it was hectic bc if Covid but I was told my car was almost done and being washed yer 45 min later I was still waiting. Ramsey Infiniti is not practicing safe health practices. They are not cleaning after the people that come and go. All the clients had on a mask but the workers didn't. I came for an oil change 2.5 hour wait, with an appt. and they forgot my sticker. They didn't remind me that I needed an inspection sticker, due July 2020. I appreciate that they told me I need rear brakes. They said I need to change my radiator hose but I just bought one last December. More

Service is degrading day by day. Interior of the car had all stains after service and I had battery replacement service done and hood was not closed completely After battery was replaced which I realized af all stains after service and I had battery replacement service done and hood was not closed completely After battery was replaced which I realized after coming home. I drove only 30 mph so didn’t had issue but if I had driven on highway it would have been a problem. For a luxury car service dealer having all these issues is not at all acceptable. More
