Usually very happy with the service and maybe it was hectic bc if Covid but I was told my car was almost done and being washed yer 45 min later I was still waiting. Ramsey Infiniti is not practicing safe health practices. They are not cleaning after the people that come and go. All the clients had on a mask but the workers didn't. I came for an oil change 2.5 hour wait, with an appt. and they forgot my sticker. They didn't remind me that I needed an inspection sticker, due July 2020. I appreciate that they told me I need rear brakes. They said I need to change my radiator hose but I just bought one last December. More

Service is degrading day by day. Had a Saturday appt for an oil change and lit grill kit install. Was greeted by Luke who advised me he would be taking care of me and my vehicle. Very pleasant and professional. He did advise me that the service dept was a little short handed but would try to have my vehicle ready before closing. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Luke explained that he should have it ready on Monday. Now after all the professional and pleasant treatment from Luke, I was hoping it would remain consistent. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my vehicle was being serviced. Beautiful vehicle and NOT CLEANED on the inside. My mistake for not checking but I just assumed it would be. I drove off and did not see the stains in the arm rest, some sort of dried pink ice cream or milkshake on the front passenger seat nor the dirt in the rest of the vehicle. The low washer fluid came on when I pulled off but since I wasn't keeping this vehicle no problem. By the time I noticed this it was after Luke called me to say my vehicle would be ready on Monday. On Sunday a malfunction notification came up on the dashboard. I looked in the glove box only to find numerous rental agreements from previous renters. Which tells me your detail dept hasn't clean this vehicle in a long time. Totally unacceptable for anyone to drive off in a disgusting vehicle especially within Covid19 times. No phone number for emergencies on my paperwork or in the glove box. On Monday, Luke calls me and tells me my vehicle is ready at about 3pm. He advises me that they will clean my vehicle and it will be ready when I get there. I get there about 4:30. The employee who brought my vehicle back drove my car like it was his. You have got to be kidding me. No you can't race off with a customers car. You damage my vehicle, yes it can be fixed but it messes up my car fax. My vehicle was not washed. Luke had it sent back to be washed. When it came back the hood looked like it was washed, but how about the rest of the car. When I brought this to the Service dept manager attention he did advise me that the detail guys go home at 5pm and it was after 5pm already. He said he would talk to their boss. You've had my vehicle since Saturday. You took it back before 5pm and did you think I was not going to notice?? What a waist of my time. It upset me that you did a BS job and thought that it was OK. This has not reflection on Luke, this is just detail. I can get an oil change and parts installed in a lot of other places. I chose to come back to Infiniti in Ramsey for the quality and level of professionalism coming from your sales and service department. I've had service at your location before. Vehicle was like brand new that time. This time they dropped the ball and I not satisfied. Unacceptable. More
