Craighweissman@gmail.com 609-468-8427 I have the car three weeks and had to replace the front tires which were bald, break filter, in cabin micro filter. That’s on top of them having to replace a seal under the windshield which required the molding to be removed and replaced

General Manager Kevin Gilbertson reversed his decision to replace my tires after the his used car manager and I agreed that I would be refunded. I have pictures of bald tires that they sold me and he is as dishonest as they come. Please be cautions when working with this group. They don't go through a full CPO inspection

We are very sorry to see that you're disappointed. Your vehicle went through every level of the INFINITI Certification process and was cleared for sale. We can provide all of our documentation if you would like to see copies. We have not received any photos from you regarding your tires, and our records indicate that when you came in your front tires were 8/32 and rear 10/10. We tried to work with you to replace two under the INFINITI Warranty, but you chose to go to another INFINITI dealer instead of coming back to us. Which if you did, we would've been able to help. What next you have the Doc's ... the Finance manager hey I can find you better rate!!!!!! wow why great customer service better than 6.9. If it had not been for this forum no one would have call me back. Waiting on written response from BANK will upload BLAME GAME !!!!

I called in the AM to ask if they could squee me in, she said sure as long as you come in before 1PM. I arrived, spoke to a gentleman, left and an hour later they called to let me know car was ready. Great More
