I was immediately turned off that I had to wait 20 minutes for somone to assist me by the garage doors and still under some renovations from last year. I went to ramsey for service because of the con minutes for somone to assist me by the garage doors and still under some renovations from last year. I went to ramsey for service because of the convenience to my home. I didn't buy my car from ramsay because they wouldnt make the deal like fetti in clifton made but because of the convenience of ramsay to my house I wanted to go there for servicing and try that dealer out. When I called and made my appointment and checked in that day for my appointment I was told the first servicing was on infiniti. Well when I went to check out I was told its 85 dollars. When I questioned it as I was told differently the response was "well you didn't buy it from us you bought it from fette in clifton so its this price". Meanwhile my car was parked and ready about 10 minutes prior to them keep telling me my car will be ready in 2 minutes then 3 minutes. When I left I had to struggle to leave the parking lot because they jammed so many cars in the back parking lot that cars had to leave the opposite direction of what the arrows and traffic is supposed to be going. I had to exit the dealer through the entrance way which was very unsafe and dangerous because they had cars blocking the exit and told customers to leave through the entrance way. More
