I was immediately turned off that I had to wait 20 minutes for somone to assist me by the garage doors and still under some renovations from last year. I went to ramsey for service because of the con minutes for somone to assist me by the garage doors and still under some renovations from last year. I went to ramsey for service because of the convenience to my home. I didn't buy my car from ramsay because they wouldnt make the deal like fetti in clifton made but because of the convenience of ramsay to my house I wanted to go there for servicing and try that dealer out. When I called and made my appointment and checked in that day for my appointment I was told the first servicing was on infiniti. Well when I went to check out I was told its 85 dollars. When I questioned it as I was told differently the response was "well you didn't buy it from us you bought it from fette in clifton so its this price". Meanwhile my car was parked and ready about 10 minutes prior to them keep telling me my car will be ready in 2 minutes then 3 minutes. When I left I had to struggle to leave the parking lot because they jammed so many cars in the back parking lot that cars had to leave the opposite direction of what the arrows and traffic is supposed to be going. I had to exit the dealer through the entrance way which was very unsafe and dangerous because they had cars blocking the exit and told customers to leave through the entrance way. More

Wonderful Experience Due to the pandemic, sales was done by email and telephone. The car was to be delivered to my home, and my expired leased car returned for me. With the price quoted it seemed to be to good to be true. Both gentlemen who arrived with the new car were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The paperwork was prepared and thoroughly explained. The car presentation was detailed and all questions answered with a smile. I’m so happy with my new leased Infiniti QX50. It is beautiful and came exactly as promised. This was the best deal in the tristate area but the outstanding part was that everything was done from the comfort of my home. This is the future of leasing and I love it!
