On August 5th I brought my QX60 for an oil and filter change. Damian Buckley was my Service Advisor. I asked for the parking brake to be checked. During the wait for the job to be completed, I received a change. Damian Buckley was my Service Advisor. I asked for the parking brake to be checked. During the wait for the job to be completed, I received a text outlining recommended items to be addressed in addition to the oil and filter change. I declined all but the tire rotation. When the service was complete, the Service Advisor advised me of the charge which I paid by debit card. I then realized that I had been charged for service items that I had declined. I was told that a refund would be processed that night for the difference. Since then, I have called several times to inquire about my refund which I am yet to receive. While Mr. Buckley himself has been very courteous, I believe I am being given the run around. I am very disappointed with Ramsey Infiniti and am still looking to receive my refund. More
